I have spent 9 years as a customer service representative in the automotive field in a Senior CRM role. I understand that my company depends a lot on marketing and sales and after sales services experience, so I  to achieve the best service to the customers in this field. IBM AS400 System

Add and collect data

I can easily add complete car data and owners data on the As400, in addition to collecting information, reviewing car maintenance history, sales numbers, sale, and purchase data, in addition, to complete details regarding the comprehensive repair invoice and the journey of the customer’s car arriving until its departure from the SC for easy follow-up and review of customer inquiries or complaints.
